Hi, I’m Ed — a personal trainer, stretch therapist, and sports massage therapist based in Bath. I help people improve the way they move, feel, and perform through tailored 1:1 coaching, hands-on therapy, and a practical, supportive approach to health and fitness.
With a background in both fitness and rehabilitation, I work with a wide range of clients — from those looking to transform their physique, to people recovering from injury, to anyone simply wanting to move better and feel healthier day-to-day. Whether it’s through strength training, assisted stretching, or sports massage, my goal is always the same: to help you build a stronger, more resilient body that supports the life you want to live.
I believe in keeping things simple, effective, and enjoyable. No quick fixes or fads — just smart programming, consistent effort, and personalised support that meets you where you are.
I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, as well as both Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy. I’m also trained in assisted stretching techniques and continue to build on my knowledge to ensure I can offer clients the most effective and up-to-date care possible.
All of my personal training and in-gym stretch sessions take place at Fitness First Bath — a well-equipped, friendly gym in the heart of the city. It’s the perfect space for focused 1:1 coaching and rehab work, and allows me to deliver high-quality, personalised sessions in a professional environment.
