1:1 personal training

My 1:1 personal training service is designed to provide you with a completely personalised approach to achieving your goals. Whether that’s building muscle, losing body fat, improving strength, recovering from injury or simply feeling fitter and more confident in your body. With expert guidance, structured programming, and ongoing support, each session is tailored to your individual needs, fitness level, and lifestyle.

I’ll be with you every step of the way to keep you accountable, push you safely outside your comfort zone, and make sure you’re progressing in a way that’s sustainable, effective, and enjoyable.

Sports Massage therapy

My sports massage therapy service is designed to help you move better, feel better, and recover faster. Whether you’re dealing with general muscle tightness, recovering from an injury, or managing ongoing aches and pains, each session is tailored to your body and your needs. Using a combination of hands-on techniques, I focus on relieving tension, improving mobility, and supporting your body’s natural recovery process. Sports massage can be a powerful tool alongside training or rehab, helping you stay injury-free, reduce discomfort, and perform at your best both in and out of the gym.

Group Exercise classes

My group exercise classes are a fun, energising way to train with others while getting the benefits of expert coaching. Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, build strength, or just enjoy a motivating workout in a supportive environment, these sessions are designed to challenge all levels and keep things varied and engaging. With a focus on proper technique, functional movement, and team energy, you’ll leave each class feeling stronger, fitter, and part of a community that keeps you coming back for more.
